I must say, our stay at The Pino Hotel was exceptional. The location was peaceful and the surroundings were even more beautiful than what we saw in the photos. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and to my surprise, they provided a hairdryer even though it wasn't mentioned in the description. One unique aspect of this hotel is their own Shabu restaurant, which we absolutely loved. The breakfast had limited choices, but the quality was top-notch. And, I must mention, the freshly-ground coffee from their cafe was truly impressive. The overall experience was great, and I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a beautiful location near convenient stores and in the business center. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, very spacious with above-average facilities including a fish pond and a man-made waterfall in the garden areas. The breakfast served was a mix of local and western fare which was quite good. Lastly, the welcoming station at reception offering a drink and small snack was very hospitable.
Not one thing.

Our romantic escape to this hotel was unforgettable. the beautiful garden in the middle of the shops created a peaceful atmosphere. There were many options for food and drinks nearby, and the convenience store was a huge plus. the bed was very comfortable which allowed us to sleep soundly throughout the night.
The basic room did not include toiletries such as tissues or slippers, and we had to call for a hair dryer. the noise level was also a bit high, which made it difficult to sleep during the night.

The Pino Hotel Pakchong offers a lovely garden, clean rooms & toilets, and comfortable beds. The surrounding area has a cafe, Sabusabu restaurant, Family Mart, massage, bar, and food options within walking distance. The welcome at reception was warm, with a drink and snack provided. The grounds and outdoor areas were well-maintained, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff, including the kind and helpful boss, treated us like family.
Can't fault the property.

The location was convenient for me, close to the train station along a quiet back soi. It was great to have a Family Mart nearby but a pity about the distance to the night market. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but I missed having a toothbrush and tissue box in the room.
The poor communication from the reception staff, who had a limited grasp of English.

The hotel offered a festive New Year's celebration with live music and a countdown to midnight. The staff were friendly and helpful in providing information about local activities. The room also had a great view of the city lights and fireworks.
The amenities were lacking. The towels were old and rough, and the toiletries were limited.
